The Agency is seeking a qualified vendor to provide but not limited to the following, which is further detailed in the specifications and drawing: 1. The complete removal and replacement of the shingled roofing system, Roof Areas A, B and D at 9 McClellan Road, Alton (ON) (Pinnacle View). 2. Resurfacing of the conventional flat roofing system, Roof Area C at 9 McClellan Road, Alton (ON) (Pinnacle View). The bid document will be posted https://peelregion.bidsandtenders.ca when available. This procurement is issued in accordance with the terms of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), and other applicable trade agreements.
