This Invitation to Tender (the “ITT”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the Town of The Blue Mountains (the “Town”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for Peel Street Tennis Renewal, as further described in Section A of the ITT Particulars (Appendix C) (the “Deliverables”). The Town is seeking one qualified contractor for the supply and installation of Tennis Court and supporting amenities at Peel Street Tennis. Scope of site preparation work to include: topsoil stripping and stockpiling for reuse on site where possible any excess site excavation material to be removed from site under GC’s responsibility subsoil stripping and stockpiling as required, for reuse on site rough grading and subgrade preparations aggregate materials importation and placement as required to support finishing materials. The project site access is located at 200 Peel St. N., Thornbury, ON N0H 2P0. Located between the Niagara Escarpment and the shores of Georgian Bay, the Town of The Blue Mountains is recognized as a premier four‑season destination offering a lifestyle as diverse as its natural surroundings.
